to the 14th International Sausage Festival held at Victorianas Bar, Atlantique Hotel, Sausage-Sity-on-Sea in Guernsey.

The Festival committee have selected the following dates for this years Banger Binge:

October 1st to 30th 2005.

Sausaholics from as far a field as Castel and even St. Sampsons annually beat a path to the doors of this "Porkers Paradise" set in a desert of mass produced meat substitute mediocrity to trough out on these Star Sizzlers.


 
All International Bangers are served with traditional: mashed or jacket potato, onion gravy, mushy peas, puree of root vegetables and our now legendary home made mustard selection.

Plucky Festival Co-ordinator explained, "we expect to serve up to 1000 portions of sausage during the festival, which if laid end to end would probably reach from here to a long way away".

"Bangerphobics", he continues ... "are also well catered for with a full proper bar food menu, including pies, puds and sissy salads".
